Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
